PERSONALIZED
TRAINING
Foodservice Safe LLC began in 2004 developing
and implementing customized training programs in the
area of food safety, people safety and responsible
alcohol service. We bring our training programs
onsite to numerous companies throughout Illinois.
Our customer base represents national and regional
chains along with country clubs, hotels, grocery
stores, educational institutions and retirement
centers. We strive to provide a personalized
approach to training. We pride ourselves on
understanding our customer specific training needs
and incorporating them into each training session.
We have seen tremendous success in the retention of
the material learned by each participant.
PRE-TRAINING
MEETINGS We strive to provide a personalized
approach to training. Our approach relies on
understanding our customer. We do this by arranging
visits prior to the training sessions. During these
onsite visits, we learn about specific training
needs and incorporate them into the training
session. We reinforce the learning process by
incorporating pictures from the establishment into
the program. All pictures will only be utilized for
programs offered for you.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES Once
we begin working together, we will have the ability
to provide you up to date information on when your
employee's certifications will expire. We will
contact you six months prior to the five year
expiration. This service will avoid lapsed
certifications and scrambling to find a class to
take before the deadline.
PRIORITY TRAINING DATES
At the beginning of each quarter we will contact you to provide an
opportunity to schedule your preferred dates. This opportunity allows you to
secure dates that work best for your employees and operations busy schedule.
ONE-STOP SHOPPING We will handle all administration duties
associated with conducting the class. Over the years
we have established tremendous relationships with
industry organizations that are associated with
training. This includes working with the Illinois
Department of Public Health, the Illinois Liquor
Control Commission and outside organizations such as
the National Restaurant Association, The National
Sanitation Foundation and Health Communications,
(the developer of the Tips alcohol certification
program).
